Terms of Service
Who we are
studioportal is provided by Studio Bohus AB, company registration number 559453-2912, Utmarksvägen 6, 442 39 Kungälv, Sweden. You can reach us at hello@studioportal.org. In these terms "we" means Studio Bohus AB and "you" means the studio that signs up.
The service
studioportal lets a studio share projects with its clients. Clients can listen in the player, upload files, download deliverables and leave feedback. Each studio gets its own address on studioportal.org and can connect its own domain at no extra cost.
Free trial
New studios get 30 days free with every feature and 10 GB of storage. No card is needed to start. To keep your projects after the trial, add a payment method before it ends. If you don't, your account becomes read-only for 30 days, client links stop working, and after that everything is deleted. We email you a week before the deletion.
Plans and payment
The plan costs €39 per month or €390 per year, plus VAT where applicable. It includes 500 GB of storage, up to 3 team members and uploads of up to 200 GB per file. Payments are handled by Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel. Prices may change, and we will tell you at least 30 days before a change affects you.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time and keep the service until the end of the paid period. After that your projects stay readable for 30 days so you can download everything, then they are deleted. We don't refund periods that have already started, unless the law says otherwise.
Your content
Everything you and your clients upload stays yours. We only store, process and stream it to run the service for you. You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload and share, and for who you give access to. Don't use studioportal for anything unlawful, for content you don't have the rights to, or in a way that harms the service or other users.
Archived projects
Active projects stay as long as you keep them active. An archived project is deleted 180 days after it was archived, with a warning email a week before.
Availability
We work hard to keep studioportal fast and available, but we can't promise that it will always be free of interruptions or errors. Keep your own copies of anything important.
Liability
Our total liability towards you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data, unless we acted with gross negligence or intent.
Ending the service
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. If we ever shut studioportal down, we will tell you at least 60 days before, so you have time to download your projects.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will tell you about important changes by email. Swedish law applies, and disputes are settled by Swedish courts, with Göteborgs tingsrätt as the first instance.
